Prepare Your Package
Carefully repack your items in their original shipping box, ensuring fragile home goods are securely padded to prevent damage.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
